I'll start you with the fundamentals, focus on proper technique, and gradually increase the intensity as your fitness improves. The beauty of personalized coaching is that we'll progress at the perfect pace for your current fitness level.
While results vary based on your starting point and consistency, most clients notice significant changes within the first 4-8 weeks. These initial changes include increased energy, better sleep, and improvements in strength. Visual changes typically become more noticeable around the 8-12 week mark.
